When I save something, it won't. It just shows "save", but when I go to another page, my doll is just wearing a pink swimsuit... when I refresh the page, it never change. Is there any bug? What should I do?

I solved the thing where it didn't save your X-mas items to the lost & found. No worries, you will randomly stumble upon them again. Sorry about the trouble!

@samsamsierra: if it says "saved" it got saved, but it's still possible that your browser has cached your old avatar. Try refreshing with CTRL+F5, your avi looks fine to me right now, by the way.

Hey hey!
I've got some trouble with the older events. Yesterday they were still working fine for me, but today they aren't. Xmas 2012 -> Alina stopped giving out candy canes. Valentine 10 (?) -> Fortune teller stopped giving me cards (and no, I'm not done yet). I also wanted to finish the Xmas 11 event, but Rose Mouse just stands in line and doesn't give a hint or anything. So I have no idea if she still wants a gift. Neither does any of the other NPC's still ask me for a gift...

Thanks! Also something I noticed, whenever I get a background item, the chest is replaced with the background item in question. All the other times a chest is displayed with a gift in it.
Also I just noticed that Romanji's roses from Valentine 11 aren't in my Lost & Found chest? O:

Did you get their username correct? You have to start your line with "@username", to whisper. Oh and it only works if they are in the chat box with you.

I know you can wear backgrounds, but I supposed that those should be hidden in chests as well, instead of replacing them,that's why I was reporting it.
The Christmas event is still not working, Rose Mouse just redirects me to her profile, the others show me the gifts I've gotten before. Help please? D:

It intentionally also shows the backgrounds out of the chest when you can pick it up. Taking advantage of the unique property of backgrounds that they make sense without an avatar to make the environments more graphic.
I don't know when you started the event but for a brief time after the URL move it didn't save the items you go because of a bug. That means you may get some items again. Also the candy cane items are very similar and you get them in order, so you may think you already got them while you actually got them in a different color.
Being directed to Alina's profile is correct as long as she gives you a candy cane every day (does she?)

She does, 2012 is working for me, except for the fact that still quite some items remained unsaved and I even started equipping most of them. I've gotten all the elf shoes before and 2 type of stockings, in my chest there are only 2 elf shoes. Of the other items there are more I'm still missing, even todays glass of eggnog is not in my chest... :> Only 27 items and I clicked WAY more times...
It's btw the Christmas event from 2 years ago (2011) I'm talking about which is not working. Did that change as well? Should I just start that one over? ('cause I started with that one in 2011)

I'm experiencing the same problem in the Christmas 2011 event. There are no hints given by Rose Mouse after I'm directed to her profile. The page is like this (green enclosure is the upper part while the red one is the lower part):

I've been trying to fix up my profile recently, and I realized how it doesn't show my changes at all soon after I refresh. Before when I changd my background, I could just open up my profile in a new tab and press F5 and it would change immediately. Now I have to wait around for an hour no matter how many times I refresh for anything to change. I was just wondering, is this something that could be fixed or what? I noticed that I wasn't the only one having this problem, so I also tried it on another browser with the same results. (Google Chrome and Firefox)

I noticed that happening too, since we moved to the chibidoll.com server. It seems to be an issue with the server. I haven't found a solution yet, though.

I just want to ask if there's an error in the Halloween 2011 event. I already matched the orbs and won the pumpkin contest by Jack but nothing significant happened after that. Or maybe, it's me? LOL. Thanks for the help!

The significant thing is the items you earn by doing that. If you have gone over all 12 iterations of orb matching you get a bonus item and the event is checked off.

Hmm. I'm still stuck at the Halloween 2k11 event. I checked all the NPC's and they said I got their signs right. Moreover, I've been to Linen's closet for the pumpkin carving and won the contest several times (I changed the design of my pumpkin several times too) BUT the orb-matching didn't reset whatsoever.
The only difference this time when I won the contest is that the pumpkin background didn't automatically disappear. I can re-enter my pumpkin entry to the contest several times, thus winning the contest and getting this costume several times.
How do you change eye color, i can't find it in the dress up page. ><

I think I found a glitch on Halloween'11 when I reset the game (in forgotten hallway) went to the worn parlor and went back to the hallway I was surprised to see this : "You won! But there are 12 signs. Click here to reset the puzzle and play it over!" I haven't even started playing. :O
