She means for the tree decorating side quest. All I can say is basically just play the '09 Xmas event till you find someone offering them

Everything has been explain several times.
Read the hint the NPC gives you, search the items of the Artists listed in this thread, wear the item and "take" it to the NPC. If it's right you get the prize, if it's wrong you try another item. |
