That the image doesn't change it because your browser saved your previous avatar and keeps showing you that. Eventually it will change.

About what you posted in the CPDD forum on Cromimi,
if someone doesn't want to tell you or can't remember where they got an item, just ask a Mod.
, , and myself should know where most items come from and what artist made them.
