This image should show you what your outlines should look like.
The left side is what yours look like, bumpy. The right side is what you want them to look like, smooth.
Remember, when you're drawing, use the magnifying glass to zoom as close in as you can. Then draw one click at a time.
The shading on the shirt is pretty good, but again, you want to smooth it out. That doesn't mean a straight line; look at right side of the image again, it's smooth, the line doesn't make big jumps.
Is the second item a band around the leg? Everything I've said applies to it also; smooth outline, smooth shading.
You have lots of potential; take it slow, you seem to rush things a lot. The more time and effort you put into something, the prouder you'll be when it comes out beautiful!

It's a lot of hard work, and I honestly wouldn't recommend it to someone new like yourself.
You should stick to sleeveless things like shirts and dresses.
