I think it's a good [ and very helpful ] idea that when you reject an item, you should comment about why it was rejected, so they can go and fix whatever that problem may have been.

You can always ask the person who rejected the item for the reason, Pixie. I believe the artist area is reserved for things like this.

The reason for that is usually that none of the mods really like it, but none of them really hate it either. Some people react really poorly to feedback, so we tend to not give it by default. Your best bet is to just ask for it.

Um... if my memory serves me right...
In the Easter event, we're able to "paint" our eyes red and I really love that.
I want to re-equip it again, but then it's a little inconvenient to have get the basket and stuff in order to make that option available.
So I'm just wondering if you can somehow make it easier to do that? ' '

Because they are an extra feature people have to find out about after they finish the event. Besides, I only put a few event items in the main dress-up, basically for the sole purpose of being able to unequip items that are on the same layer.

She died of breast cancer. So I was thinking... maybe one of these days we could all wear the same item as a tribute to Charlotte. Somebody could make an unwrapped chocolate bar with pink wrapping (national breat cancer colour) and we could all wear it on one day.

I don't think it's necessary since it's pretty easy to get around. If anything maybe a link to the events should be added up top with the other links. The annoucements could be moved to the top of the page as well, instead of being at the bottom.

Hmm, maybe it's an idea to move the announcements to the main dress-up page somewhere... That way at least they'll be seen. The community tab may end up looking really boring though.

I did have another idea inspired on some items made. It would not be very hard to make some kind of evolving items for these dolls. So I was thinking: why not make hair that grows over time X3 Think people would like that?

I just think it's something we could do better than other sites. On here you wouldn't have to resave your avi when it evolves. The only limiting factor is the art.
You could also have to get haircuts if you don't want it to become messy XD, or have a range of styles to choose from when you hair is long enough.
The problem with pets is that there is no art available whatsoever, so everything would have to be made from scratch. Furthermore I don't like pet poses where it's just standing next to you. Plus there would have to be a whole new system designed for their moods/forms and art made for that, too. And then they would all have to fit the same style as well. Not saying we won't ever have them, but...

i think that pets with moods and maybe 1-3 equipped pose (i mean..as avatar dress, you choose one and it stay until you want change it. i don't think is necessary have pose as avatars. just the mood would be really nice. )

maybe you can add particulary pets related on a special event-period only...

I can't make them too simple. I have a MSc degree in Artificial Intelligence, I'd be ashamed if I made them too simple.
Donations? From the 2 people on here who would may be able and willing to? Why bother. Besides, the rest would feel ripped off about not being able to get the pets.
Though I would like to have a little more time to spend on the site. I have exactly 3 hours each day where I'm not sleeping, at work or travelling to my work. When I was still in university I simply took the time (and everyone around me disapproved of course). Still, it would be a great job: "game developer and artist" *dreams*
Though programming robots is also something I could go for...

In terms of art, I think easier is better too. Pets should be as interesting as possible with as little poses as possible. That makes it easier to add new pets.
But, you know, how can you keep those pets from getting boring after a while? Have you seen all those starved Knuffel over the years? And what happens to those clickable pets after they've reached the final form?
I would want my virtual pet to seem "alive".

An animal that needs to be cleaned aswell as fed and played with. And maybe their fur can grow and you have to cut it. Their wings can grow too!
Or tail. Plus accesories such as matching avatar clothes would be cool. And they could move position with out anyone making them.
