You're cloak (I'm guessing?) looks great, it just needs a tiny bit lighter shading. You need to be able to telling the difference between the shading and outline; currently the outline is hard to distinguish.

Yeah, that's better! But there's a problem with cloaks: They're on a layer that doesn't support arm poses, so when the doll changes it's position it's going to cut through the cloak.
The best way you can avoid this is by making the top part that wraps around the shoulders, smaller so it's right over the top of them.

Haha, no you don't need a tablet for oekaki.
You can use a mouse, but it's not an "upload a drawing I already made" kind of thing. You draw new pictures.
